are Polyurethane Foam Systems Inc. (PFSI) high performance elastomeric coatings that cure quickly, minimize project down time and can be sprayed year round. These spray-applied coatings protect common materials from weather, corrosion and chemical exposure. Polyurea coatings have many advantages and a wide range of uses, from truck bed liners to bridge coatings, to theme park decorative designs.
Maxguard™ U-190 is the latest addition to the high-quality polyurea family. It provides optimum results with low-pressure, low temperature equipment. No-high pressure equipment is required. Maxguard U-190 elastomeric coating provides many advantages due to its versatile properties and applications. A huge benefit of Maxguard U-190 is that building professionals who already have the low-pressure, low temperature equipment used to spray polyurethane foam, can also spray Maxguard U-190. It can be applied on virtually any contour to provide a monolithic containment barrier. This provides a solution for substrates including wood, glass, concrete, metal, fibre glass, PVC, and geotextile. Your existing proportioner can be used with your spray gun.
This product installs quickly, cures rapidly, is 100% solid with no VOCs. It has excellent adhesion and is impact resistant, minimizes substrate degradation and has excellent mechanical properties.
Some Key Uses for this Product include:
- Exterior basement walls
- Material handling equipment
- Gravel guard application
- Secondary containment floors
Maxguard™ U-290 offers high performance in colder climates, Maxguard™ U-290 also offers high elongation (700%+), resistance to impact, and the ability to fill small gaps less than 1/8 of an inch. Maxguard™ U-290 polyurea coating cures quickly, minimizes project down time, and can be sprayed year-round; neither high nor low temperatures affect Maxguard™ U-290. This spray-applied coating protects common materials from weather, corrosion, and chemical exposure. These impact-resistant membranes have excellent adhesion, which protects surfaces, extends useful life, and minimizes substrate degradation.
MAXGUARD™ U-290 is better suited for colder climates, is more resistant to impacts with high elongation (700%+). MAXGUARD U-290 fills small gaps (<1/8”) with shorter cure times.

- Mining industries
- Secondary containment
- Foundation waterproofing
- Concrete protection
- Water and air tightness
- Barrier against vapors or emissions radon, methane, hydrocarbons
Monokote® Type Z-3306 Thermal Barrier
is a cementitious fire protective coating specifically formulated for application over rigid, urethane and polyurethane foam plastics. Spray-applied to interior foam surfaces on walls and ceilings, Type Z-3306 forms a hard, durable, monolithic thermal barrier against heat and fire.
WHITE ACRYLIC COATING 40-0200 Series
is intended to be used as a general purpose roof coating. Excellent adhesion will be achieved over the following substances: polyurethane foam, concrete, masonry, primed metal, primed wood and asphalt. This product may be used as a base coat/top roofing system, or may be used as a topcoat over urethane or butyl coatings.
Roof-Tek Prime-Tek 7500
is designed to perform as an intermediate barrier that provides outstanding adhesion, excellent flexibility and toughness to a variety of substrates. This primer us suitable when a fast-drying, mildew and chemical resistant barrier is needed. This product may be used on many surfaces for effective protection: BUR, wood, metal, concrete, Polyurethane Foam and masonry.
